The Senior Systems Engineer will evaluate and improve systems engineering processes and conduct system level tests to ensure performance meets specifications, providing technical support and training throughout program lifecycle.

Provide senior acquisition program support for AFLCMC/ES: assist program manager and IPTs with acquisition strategies, RFP development, documentation review, risk and EVM/IMS management, funding and milestone reporting, MPE/OFP alignment, site surveys, and DoD acquisition compliance (DoDI 5000 series). Interface with government teams and prime contractors to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Lead requirements and test activities for Air Force electronic security systems. Provide requirements interpretation, test planning/execution, acquisition support (SOW/CDRL), site surveys, technical evaluations, design reviews, acceptance/verification testing, cost ROMs, and liaison support across AF directorates and joint services.
