Supports Department of Defense public affairs and strategic communications programs. Responsibilities include managing messaging, drafting press releases and articles, planning ceremonies and official visits, coordinating conference exhibits, executing outreach campaigns, and engaging government, industry, congressional, academic, and international stakeholders. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, DoD public affairs experience, event and protocol management expertise, U.S. citizenship, and Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility.

Supports cybersecurity governance and compliance for a DoD Azure-based DevSecOps environment. Manages RMF, A&A, ATO, eMASS artifacts, control inheritance, risk assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and security policies. Guides engineering teams on NIST, CMMC, Zero Trust, and DoD Cloud SRG requirements while coordinating with authorizing officials, auditors, government stakeholders, and mission partners. Delivers security briefings and awareness training and promotes secure development practices.

Manage and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule activities across PMO functional disciplines. Develop schedule products including Gantt charts and network diagrams, support acquisition planning and requirements development, assess schedule feasibility, communicate objectives and status to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions. The role supports Air Force C3I and infrastructure programs and requires full-time onsite work at Hanscom AFB.

Supports federal defense acquisition contracting across pre-award, award, and post-award phases. Develops acquisition strategies, prepares solicitations and contract documentation in PD2, conducts price and cost analysis, supports negotiations, administers contracts, and maintains auditable files. Provides guidance on FAR, DFARS, SOFARS, rapid-innovation contracting methods, and other transaction agreements while coordinating with technical, audit, contracting, and supplier stakeholders supporting USSOCOM.

Manage program Configuration Management and CDRL data for DoD programs: maintain baselines, control changes, support CCBs/TRBs, prepare FCA/PCA audits, track contractor deliveries, and ensure contractual compliance.

Support DoD contracting activities for AFLCMC/HNJ at Hanscom AFB including acquisition strategy, drafting RFPs/IFBs, price/cost evaluation, contract administration and close-out, data analysis, clerical support, and training. Contractor will not negotiate and must perform other assigned duties in support of special programs.

Design, implement, document, and maintain software solutions across cloud and non-cloud environments. Perform systems analysis, develop specifications, integrate with teams and vendors, and apply DevOps and Agile practices. Troubleshoot, test, and improve operations while meeting customer needs and completing mission-related engineering tasks.

Lead acquisition program analysis and reporting for DoD systems: assess cost, schedule, and performance; support statutory reports; coordinate reviews, PMR/POM tasks, IMP/IMS, risk management, and cross-functional schedules.

Lead design, integration, testing, and deployment of tactical data link and communications capabilities (Link 22/Link 16). Develop software requirements, MBSE artifacts, and interoperability/interface definitions. Support developmental and operational test/evaluation, acquisition documentation, and advise program leadership on performance, schedule, and cost. Interface with DoD, USAF, Army, and joint stakeholders.

Lead systems engineering for DoD aircraft programs: evaluate program portfolios, design and execute system-level tests, prepare technical documentation and presentations, validate systems, support acquisition/integration/sustainment, perform trade-space analysis and risk management, and provide technical training and support.
