Build operating models, automation, and team capability to ensure traceable, auditable, and resilient data and analytics for senior stakeholders and regulators.

Develop and enhance quantitative financial models (rates, FX, inflation, equity, credit), implement models into production-quality C++ quant library, support analytics for internal and external clients, and apply contemporary techniques (including neural networks) to business problems while communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and implement algorithmic systems and high-quality software to support systematic equity research. Work on distributed computing, serverless architectures, GPU-enabled workloads, and collaborate with quantitative researchers and investors.

Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and copilots for investment research. Translate business needs into technical specs, productionize prototypes using modern AI tooling (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, orchestration), evaluate vendors and model risks, drive adoption, and measure impact across BII's research, content, and asset-allocation processes.

Oversee and validate management and performance fee calculations for alternative investment funds. Review complex waterfall models, interpret legal fee agreements, partner with administrators and technology teams, support fund onboarding, enhance fee oversight controls, and communicate with stakeholders and clients on fee structures and operational requirements.
