Develops technical marketing collateral, demos, labs, runbooks, certification materials, and competitive comparisons for cloud network security products. Partners with engineering, product management, sales enablement, training providers, cloud vendors, and customers to validate pre-release capabilities and prepare them for market launch. Provides technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, zero trust, Kubernetes security, IDS/IPS, and automation while influencing product roadmaps through field feedback and evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network environments, resolving high-priority issues, coordinating with engineering and sales, reporting product issues, improving support documentation and workflows, supporting production environments, and mentoring cloud network engineers. The role requires expertise in routing, BGP, IPsec VPN, Linux, networking products, cloud platforms, scripting, and automation.

Serve as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert throughout enterprise sales cycles. Conduct technical discovery, design and present cloud security architectures, lead demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, answer RFPs, and support negotiations. Define architectures, standards, observability, and reliability; own IaC (Terraform/CDK), Kubernetes (EKS), AWS networking/security, CI/CD, incident response, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of AI-driven cloud network security systems across multi-cloud environments. Design Python/Go distributed systems, intelligent firewalls, telemetry analytics, and LLM-integrated threat automation. Mentor engineering teams, drive standards and innovation, present technical roadmaps, and deliver large-scale, cross-geography initiatives.

Lead design and delivery of customer-specific cloud networking enablement programs. Architect multi-cloud labs and curriculum, run high-stakes workshops, partner with Sales and Professional Services, and evolve AI-driven training content based on field signal. Serve as technical authority for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sale engagements.

Design and deliver cloud networking and network security features across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Build and troubleshoot routing, VPN, NAT, firewall, and multi-cloud connectivity systems. Write production-grade Python or Go, develop comprehensive tests, analyze network traffic, improve observability, and resolve production issues. Collaborate on architecture and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and own features from design through delivery.

Customer-facing technical architect responsible for end-to-end success of enterprise Aviatrix deployments: design multi-cloud network and security architectures, implement Aviatrix DCF policies, integrate with NGFWs, lead operational reviews and incident response, drive adoption and optimization, and produce runbooks and compliance-aligned network configurations.
