Plan, brief, execute and review multi-channel marketing campaigns; manage and hold external agencies accountable; coordinate partner marketing; analyze campaign and social performance to optimize results; ensure brand alignment and liaise with APAC for global approvals.

Lead product roadmap and performance for insurance/financial products. Build business cases, work with actuaries and cross-functional stakeholders, ensure compliance and governance from ideation through launch and ongoing optimisation.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of generative AI solutions on Azure and Databricks. Build LLM-driven applications (RAG, agentic workflows) using LangGraph/LangChain, implement backend APIs with FastAPI, containerize with Docker, deploy on Kubernetes/AKS, architect search/retrieval with Azure AI Search and MongoDB, and mentor engineers while driving architecture, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Manage travel, hospital indemnity, accident, and AD&D claims by investigating losses, reviewing medical and travel documentation, interpreting policy language, establishing reserves, preparing coverage letters/reports, settling claims, and delivering customer service while escalating complex issues and supporting quality and process improvements.

Investigate, evaluate and settle workers' compensation claims; obtain statements, set reserves, manage files, coordinate medical/vocational processes, work with attorneys, ensure timely benefits and maintain client relations.
