Maintain and update Prophet models, prepare US GAAP (LDTI) valuation reports, perform experience studies and impact analyses, validate and reconcile data, support internal controls and documentation, drive process improvements, and communicate results to local actuarial teams.

Manage workers' compensation claims under supervision: investigate, interview claimants/witnesses, evaluate liability, set reserves, prepare reports, administer benefits, assist in settlements and trial preparation, and participate in file reviews and audits.

Manage and develop distribution partners to achieve sales targets by providing product training, driving partner participation in campaigns, coordinating marketing activities, preparing reports, and building strong partner relationships to improve performance and results.

Lead and scale the SRE function to define reliability strategy, own production reliability (SLO/SLI/error budgets), run incident management, champion observability (Dynatrace/AIOps), automate toil, and partner with engineering and leadership to embed reliability across the SDLC.
