- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that turn data into clear business insights.
- Work with existing data sets and BI tools to support reporting and decision-making.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective visualization solutions.
- Use available tools and AI-assisted features to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance dashboard development.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.
- Support data validation and basic quality checks in collaboration with the data engineering team.
- Document dashboards, reports, and related visualization assets.
- Provide guidance and support to business users on dashboard usage and interpretation.
- Contribute to visualization standards and best practices within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in dashboarding, reporting, or data visualization.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools or automation features is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating BI tools with other systems or applications is an advantage.
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Able to participate in an English interview for the first round.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years practical experience creating and implementing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools or languages (R or Python)
- Understanding of data analysis methodologies and ability to work with complex, large datasets
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with RDBMS (Microsoft Synapse, SQL Server, Snowflake)
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Practical knowledge of data extraction and transformation tools/platforms (Informatica, Databricks)
- Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile model
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- Experience implementing data quality controls and documenting metadata/lineage
