Builds client relationships, monitors industry trends, and contributes to departmental production and profitability goals. Requires commercial insurance experience, commercial lines knowledge, a producer’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Sells personal lines insurance by prospecting, generating leads, evaluating coverage needs, preparing quotes, cross-selling policies, closing new business, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires an active Property and Casualty license, insurance sales experience, strong personal lines knowledge, and independent workload management. Success is measured by new business premium and client retention.
