On-call lead responsible for overseeing FEMA Public Assistance grant review, QA/QC, financial reconciliation, procurement and invoice validation, policy interpretation, team supervision, reporting, and site visits to support disaster recovery projects.

The role involves supporting disaster recovery operations, managing FEMA Public Assistance programs, training stakeholders, analyzing project worksheets, and providing expert advisory services in disaster management.

Serve as a Senior Public Assistance Specialist supporting FEMA Public Assistance program delivery: analyze and track project worksheets, resolve complex recovery issues, provide technical assistance and training, maintain project records and metrics, coordinate stakeholder communications, and travel to disaster/recovery sites for multi-week deployments.

Provide subject-matter expertise on FEMA Public Assistance program delivery, analyze and track FEMA project worksheets, support stakeholders with training and technical assistance, resolve project issues, maintain project reporting systems, measure performance, and travel to disaster recovery sites for multi-week deployments.

Provide senior-level Public Assistance support for FEMA PA program delivery: analyze and develop project worksheets, resolve complex policy and operational issues, provide training and technical assistance, track cases and performance metrics, maintain reporting, and deploy to disaster recovery sites for multi-week assignments as required.

Support NSF science and engineering programs by managing grants, cooperative agreements, and awards; coordinate review processes and meetings; implement project management, scheduling, and data analytics tools; improve administrative processes; analyze data to inform business recommendations and support SBIR/STTR small business program activities.

Provide Public Assistance (FEMA) program support for disaster recovery: develop and review project worksheets, resolve programmatic and policy issues, coordinate partners, track cases in reporting systems, ensure timely fiscal and administrative processes, and deploy to disaster sites as needed.
