Provides administrative and operational support by reviewing and processing account transactions, answering questions, handling inbound calls, coordinating with departments and external companies, reporting data to management, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant task completion.

Maintains compliance with FDCPA and state regulations while delivering effective customer service and meeting performance goals.

Lead OneMain's organic brand content strategy across owned channels. Develop editorial strategy and content roadmap, manage content planning and production (photo/video/freelancers), grow audience and employer brand, oversee community engagement and performance reporting, partner with Corporate Communications, HR, Legal and business leaders, and optimize visibility for emerging platforms including AI-driven search.

Manage credit card analytics supporting risk management, loss mitigation, and portfolio growth. Responsibilities include reporting, strategy implementation and validation, customer segmentation, competitive and sensitivity analysis, modeling, targeting optimization, data querying, automation, quality control, and presenting insights to management.

Handle inbound calls and resolve bankruptcy-related customer, branch, vendor, and trustee inquiries. Process bankruptcy notices, discharges, dismissals, reaffirmations, and proof-of-claim filings. Research unidentified, misapplied, and rejected payments; document accounts accurately; navigate internal systems; and communicate with customers, attorneys, credit agencies, banking institutions, and internal teams while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Contacts delinquent and charged-off loan customers by telephone to negotiate repayment or settlement arrangements. Documents account activity, maintains customer information, meets call and quality standards, and works toward production goals while complying with FDCPA and state regulations. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, confidentiality, and self-management skills. Collections or call center experience is preferred.

Reviews and validates customer information, loan documentation, and stipulations for accuracy and compliance. Investigates missing or inconsistent identity, employment, and income details; coordinates with customers, branch teams, underwriting, and third parties; supports timely loan funding; and escalates fraud indicators or complex issues. Provides customer-focused service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced lending environment.

Processes vehicle title and lien-related mail, responds to branch inquiries, resolves escalated issues, and supports lien perfection for auto-secured loans. The role coordinates with internal teams, external vendors, and branch personnel while reviewing loan and title documents, applying company procedures, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.
