Lead and implement program-level risk management for large infrastructure projects: develop risk plans, run qualitative and quantitative analyses (QRA), facilitate workshops, manage risk registers, integrate cost-schedule risk models, coach stakeholders, and produce risk reporting to support decision-making across the program lifecycle.
