Provides administrative, reporting, data coordination, and process improvement support for the Quality function. The role supports Movex-to-SAP transformation, documents business processes, validates data and reporting requirements, maintains KPI and dashboard inventories, and collaborates with Quality, Operations, and Data Analytics teams on Power BI and SAP reporting solutions. Supports mechanical design and integration of Cummins engines into customer equipment. Develops CAD models, drawings, bills of material, and design specifications; performs dimensional variation and finite element analyses; participates in design reviews, validation, engineering changes, prototype builds, and root-cause investigations. Collaborates with application engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and customers to deliver reliable, manufacturable, and serviceable solutions.

Lead multiple sales-related projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, engineering, service, vendors, contractors, and clients. Maintain milestone reporting, resolve issues, capture lessons learned, and ensure project deliverables achieve intended outcomes. The role requires project leadership, strong organization, communication, financial understanding, research skills, and familiarity with power generation products and construction-related processes.

Coordinates small projects and transition initiatives by maintaining project plans, schedules, action trackers, budgets, risks, and documentation. Facilitates meetings, communicates status, follows up on action items, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Supports workspace, IT, facilities, security, onboarding, project templates, and milestone tracking to ensure timely execution.

Designs, builds, validates, and deploys enterprise AI and generative AI solutions. Develops LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, APIs, microservices, and reusable AI platforms using Azure and modern AI frameworks. Leads solution architecture, software engineering standards, cloud deployment, MLOps, security, observability, and responsible AI practices. Collaborates with product owners, data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders while mentoring teams and delivering scalable production applications.

Design and enhance early-career and inclusive recruiting programs, coordinate participant placements and development activities, improve candidate experiences, advise stakeholders on structured selection, analyze recruiting outcomes, build talent partnerships, and develop scalable processes, documentation, and compliance standards.

Leads segment-specific talent acquisition strategy, recruiting team development, workforce planning partnerships, recruiting analytics, technology adoption, governance, compliance, and change initiatives. Advises business and hiring leaders, analyzes labor market trends, optimizes recruiting resources and budgets, strengthens candidate and stakeholder experiences, and drives continuous improvement across talent acquisition operations.

Coordinate MSP recruiting operations, workforce planning, hiring forecasts, recruiting capacity, service metrics, requisitions, supplier partnerships, and governance. Analyze workforce and recruiting data, create reports and operational scorecards, identify risks and resource gaps, reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders, and improve processes. Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, business leaders, and external providers to deliver compliant, scalable talent acquisition solutions.
