Lead the design, programming, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial automation and manufacturing control systems. Integrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, drives, robots, networking, and safety systems. Support equipment installations, capital projects, continuous improvement, uptime, quality, and process optimization. Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally while ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and operational standards.

Lead enterprise cloud security strategy and governance across AWS, Azure, and OCI. Establish security standards, operating models, controls, asset ownership, tagging, risk remediation, compliance processes, and executive reporting. Leads combustion, engine performance, and emissions optimization for new and existing engine platforms. Conducts engine- and vehicle-level testing, including chassis dynamometer and test-cell validation, while refining hardware, diagnostics, calibration, fuel economy, and aftertreatment performance. Applies thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, modeling, and systems engineering to resolve product issues and guide technical decisions. Collaborates with engineers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and project leaders, mentors less-experienced staff, and drives process improvements.

Maintains inventory, stock, training, order, and delivery records; supports customer escalations, order allocation, customs compliance, transportation procedures, and reporting. Receives, sorts, labels, stores, picks, packs, and ships goods while performing inventory checks, quality inspections, and warehouse process improvements. Follows HSE and quality standards, supports material flow, and collaborates with warehouse and support teams.

Develop, test, and release AUTOSAR-based product software and automation tools. Create Python and scripting solutions for ARXML processing, CI/CD integration, and Vector toolchain workflows. Support software integration, build automation, configuration management, troubleshooting, and mentor engineers while driving process and architecture improvements.

Manage ESG and compliance engineering projects from scope definition through completion. Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans; assess risks using FMEA; evaluate ESG reporting, EDM, and PLM solutions; investigate process failures; conduct gap and readiness analyses; and ensure regulatory alignment with EPA, CARB, and evolving ESG standards. Communicate project status to sponsors and stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional teams and documenting project knowledge.

Manages intercompany accounting transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, variance analysis, multi-currency reporting, SOx controls, stakeholder queries, and ad hoc financial reporting while meeting global deadlines and service-level requirements.

Perform business process, accounting, and internal control reviews; evaluate GAAP and SOX compliance; identify risks and control gaps; develop remediation plans; prepare financial analyses, process maps, and control matrices; support ERP and internal control system solutions; collaborate with auditors and finance leaders; and conduct variance analysis using SAP or Oracle.

Leads current and future product planning across products, platforms, and markets. Owns the consolidated product roadmap, product portfolio strategy, market insights, value propositions, scenario planning, and product tradeoff evaluations. Collaborates with business and market teams to develop customer-led plans, prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and maximize profitability. Guides strategic planning processes, Six Sigma initiatives, financial decisions, and product-related leadership across the organization.

Manages small to medium Value Package Introduction programs from inception through completion. Defines scope, schedules, resources, customer expectations, and business outcomes; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; tracks program performance; manages risks, issues, and contract changes; escalates concerns; and coaches peer program managers. The role requires a degree and 3–5 years of relevant new product development experience, with VPI experience preferred.
