Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate III for a 12-month fixed-term to join our team in Scoresby, VIC. 

This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll play a key part in supporting business operations, data reporting, process improvement initiatives, and a major Quality and SAP transformation project. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll contribute to reporting, documentation, data management, and continuous improvement activities that support business-critical decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:   

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

  • 3-4 years of relevant administrative, reporting, data coordination, or business support experience. 

  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, or business systems preferred. 

  • Exposure to quality reporting, process documentation, ERP systems (SAP/Movex), or project support will be highly regarded. 

  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from site teams through to senior leadership.   

  • 10% travel with other sites and availability to be onsite as required

Qualifications
  • Quality function's transition from Movex to SAP
  • Define future-state Quality business processes and controls
  • Review and approve business requirements, process maps, and Quality functional specifications
  • Ensure Quality requirements are fully integrated within strategic & major accounts, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Service Operations, and Customer Support processes ( all defined process currently supports different BU Quality process control)
  • Identify business risks associated with process changes and implement mitigation plans
  • Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities. 
  • support migration of Quality KPI reporting from Movex into SAP and approved enterprise reporting platforms. 
  • Support Data Analyser to create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of existing Quality reports, dashboards, KPIs, and queries.
  • Document current Movex query logic, source tables, data relationships, business rules, and calculations.
  • Coordinate mapping of Movex fields, reports, and business logic to SAP data structures and reporting models.
  • Validate Movex-to-SAP field mappings and approve reporting requirements. 
  • Work with Data & Analytics teams to design sustainable Power BI and SAP reporting solutions. 
  • Assess reporting impacts resulting from SAP process changes. 
  • Define reporting acceptance criteria and reconciliation requirements. 
  • Ensure business-critical reporting remains available throughout the transition.
  • Support development of automated reporting solutions and reduced manual data extraction.
