Provides administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, exits, probation reviews, contract renewals, employee records, HRIS data maintenance, documentation, and employee inquiries. Manages customer relationships, negotiations, sales forecasting, pipeline development, operational issue resolution, and cross-business collaboration. Requires significant relevant customer or product experience, with purchasing or commercial contract negotiation preferred.

Supports mechanical design and integration of Cummins engines into customer equipment. Develops CAD models, drawings, bills of material, and design specifications; performs dimensional variation and finite element analyses; participates in design reviews, validation, engineering changes, prototype builds, and root-cause investigations. Collaborates with application engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and customers to deliver reliable, manufacturable, and serviceable solutions.

Lead multiple sales-related projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, engineering, service, vendors, contractors, and clients. Maintain milestone reporting, resolve issues, capture lessons learned, and ensure project deliverables achieve intended outcomes. The role requires project leadership, strong organization, communication, financial understanding, research skills, and familiarity with power generation products and construction-related processes.
