Manage assigned customer accounts across the entire order life cycle: order entry/modification, escalations, logistics coordination, and export/shipping compliance. Serve as single-point-of-contact to customers, distribution centers and plants; resolve complex inquiries, maintain records, prepare reports, and support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Financial Analyst prepares analyses and reports for managers, supports budget processes, and consolidates financial data while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
