Provide senior technical and product support for Cummins engines to mining customers across Western Australia. Manage the engine life database, respond to urgent and complex service issues, liaise with customers and internal teams, coordinate escalation resolutions, and deliver practical technical recommendations to ensure timely issue resolution and strong customer outcomes.

Manage material demand and ordering to meet master production schedules, expedite and reconcile purchase/work orders, collaborate with suppliers and planners to resolve constraints, reduce lead times, and minimize excess inventory. The Apprentice Trainee will assist in various engineering tasks while gaining hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Support design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems and PLC-based hardware/software for manufacturing automation. Assist with bench tests, cost estimates, sensor/actuator integration, machine programming, controls networking, and technical support for an IMR autonomous delivery robot fleet.

Manage and supervise an accounts receivable and collections team to reduce DSO, resolve disputes, enforce SOPs and SOX controls, produce AR reporting and analytics, drive collections strategy, coach staff, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to improve cash flow and minimize revenue risk.
