Leads full-cycle recruiting for business and functional roles, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, compliance, recruiting analytics, employer-brand support, and talent acquisition process improvement. Coaches less experienced team members and promotes automation, metadata, lineage, security, and operational excellence.

Leads reliability engineering throughout new product development, including risk assessment, quantitative reliability analysis, testing and validation, failure reporting, corrective actions, and reliability performance tracking. The role drives cross-functional reliability milestones, resolves complex product risks, improves reliability processes, and mentors engineers and technicians while influencing technical direction and product quality.

Performs general ledger accounting, transaction recording, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, chart of accounts maintenance, and audit support. The role supports robotic and OT systems, industrial KPIs, plant IT alignment, change management, and full software development lifecycle activities in a primarily on-site setting.

Collaborates with product and software teams to define requirements, architecture, designs, validation plans, and verified software builds. Supports development processes and tools, product failure-mode analysis, simulation, systems engineering, and cross-functional integration. Works independently on moderately complex software components while contributing to team goals and process improvements.

Manages end-to-end procurement, including supplier identification, RFQs, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, expediting, and project procurement. Monitors supplier performance and capacity, mitigates supply-chain risks, drives cost savings, resolves procurement-system escalations, and supports process improvement. Partners with sourcing teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective, high-quality, and uninterrupted material delivery.

Analyzes procurement and sourcing data, supports purchasing and low-complexity contract development, manages supplier and compliance information, and identifies cost-reduction opportunities. Develops Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL-based dashboards, reports, and workflow automations. Collaborates with product and software teams, investigates software failures, improves development processes and tools, and delivers verified software features and builds. The role also involves systems engineering, product modeling, validation planning, technical documentation, statistical analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
