Assures the quality and reliability of PCBA manufacturing across outsourced suppliers. Leads root-cause investigations for manufacturing and field failures, coordinates corrective and preventive actions, identifies DFM and DFT risks during NPI, supports test coverage strategies, and analyzes manufacturing, yield, repair, test, and reliability data to drive process improvements.

Documents projects, delivers application training, consults on test solutions, and communicates with customers to ensure service requirements are met.

Handles warehouse logistics activities including picking materials for assembly and production, receiving and organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, packing and shipping finished goods, and managing onsite consignment materials. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, basic computer and math skills, forklift operation, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Develops high-performance computing semiconductor test business by analyzing customer devices, assessing ATE solution fit, gathering requirements, supporting technical sales, and securing design wins. Builds relationships with semiconductor customers and internal teams, presents digital ATE solutions, develops technical materials, analyzes market trends, and aligns sales objectives with target devices. Requires digital semiconductor testing expertise, semiconductor lifecycle knowledge, strong communication skills, and approximately 20% travel.

Deploy and optimize semiconductor EDA-to-ATE conversion flows using Velocity and related tools. Develop automation for STIL, WGL, EVCD, IJTAG, and SSN environments; support Advantest platforms; debug conversion, timing, protocol, and pattern issues; and create Python, Java, and related utilities. Collaborate with customer DFT and test engineering teams, support AI-assisted diagnostics and regression workflows, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and deliver global customer training and technical workshops.

Manage semiconductor equipment projects in Singapore by coordinating US, Taiwan, and local teams; overseeing OSAT consignment and production status; leading customer meetings; supporting technical solutions and on-site product validation; and providing daily project updates. The role requires collaboration with R&D and Field Service teams, cleanroom work when needed, short-notice domestic travel, and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
