We are a global semiconductor test equipment supplier seeking a motivated Project Manager to support equipment projects in Singapore. This role works closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects at OSAT sites.
Job responsibilities
- Global Coordination: Bridge US headquarters and Singapore teams to ensure project alignment and execution with harmonizing with Taiwan team.
- OSAT Management: Manage equipment consignment and production status at major OSATs.
- Customer Interface: Lead meetings with Design House customers to fulfill requirements and provide technical solutions.
- On-site Validation: Collaborate with R&D and Field Service teams to support new product verification, including hands-on work in cleanroom environments when required.
- Daily Reporting: Conduct daily sync calls with the US team at 7:30 AM (Singapore Time) to update production and project status.
- Agile Travel: Support short-notice domestic travel for project needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Technical Background: Degree in Software, Electric or Mechanical Engineering, with experience working with SW R&D on a project is preferred.
- Language: Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, as the role involves leading international meetings and frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, customers, and business partners.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in cleanrooms and managing time-zone-specific meeting schedules.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cross-functional integration, and customer management skills.
Skills Required
