Lead technical support for new product introduction, providing troubleshooting for field service issues, developing service strategies, and managing product launches while ensuring serviceability and problem resolution.

The System Application Engineer provides semiconductor test application consultation, develops test modules, resolves production issues, and supports pre-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role involves application development support for SOC test systems, developing test methodologies, optimizing test programs, and collaborating with teams for project implementation.
