Develops and retains a client base within an assigned territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. Builds relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other customers; generates leads, executes sales plans, presents solutions, attends industry events, supports local marketing, and collaborates with operations and escrow teams to achieve sales goals.

Provides administrative, clerical, customer service, reporting, database maintenance, marketing, event planning, and training support for sales representatives and management. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, preparing sales materials and reports, maintaining sales records, coordinating marketing requests, supporting events, and delivering process or product training.

Provides underwriting support, legal counsel, and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Applies underwriting standards within delegated authority, advises personnel on real estate settlement services, and develops underwriting guidelines. Requires licensed legal expertise, real estate law knowledge, title and settlement process understanding, analytical and negotiation skills, business judgment, communication, organization, and collaboration.

Analyzes operational data and business processes to identify problems, define requirements, develop solutions, and improve data content and profitability. Manages data aggregation projects, creates reports, documents processes, trains offshore resources, and standardizes procedures. Partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts while applying data metrics, audit procedures, and strong analytical and communication skills.
