Supports commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement information, coordinating disbursements and follow-up, interpreting agreements, and communicating with customers. Provides administrative and customer support while prioritizing deadlines, maintaining accurate records, solving problems, and adapting to escrow technologies and software applications.

Conducts quality-control reviews of potential claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. Investigates discrepancies, evaluates and triages claims, verifies documentation, maintains electronic claim files, and routes notices to appropriate Claims Centers. Responds to claimants and internal teams, communicates findings and trends, supports process and technology implementations, and serves as a subject-matter resource for claims intake processes.

Supervise a team of Claims Specialists handling title insurance claims, including workload allocation, technical guidance, coverage analysis, resolution, quality monitoring, coaching, and performance management. Review complex or high-exposure claims, determine escalation needs, and collaborate with Claims Counsel, underwriting, operations, and leadership. Support claims procedures, training, process improvements, and departmental initiatives while managing an assigned caseload as appropriate.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for residential escrow closings: open orders, prepare closing documents, input closing statement data, handle disbursements, interpret agreements, and communicate requirements to clients while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Lead client implementations by developing project plans, configuring solutions, delivering training and onboarding, conducting meetings and demos, documenting SOPs/workflows, analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget customer success.
