Oversee general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, state budget submissions, and federal compliance. Support implementation of a new financial management system and coordinate with state, federal, and external agency stakeholders. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across finance and non-finance teams.

Supports accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, debit and credit review, financial reporting, and grant accounting. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and foundational accounting knowledge. Preferred experience includes ERP or financial system implementations, federal grant accounting under 2 CFR 200, Workday, EUNA, OpenGov, Power BI dashboards, and CPA candidacy.
