Design and develop RF and RF/optical hardware for defense and commercial systems, apply electromagnetics principles, and integrate computational analytics, ML/AI, and algorithm acceleration within agile prototyping and low-rate production workflows to transition technologies to customers.

Lead and execute full-lifecycle capture and proposal activities, manage BD team and pipeline, develop customer and partner relationships, and align BD strategies with corporate technical capabilities and priorities to win defense contracts.

Design and architect radar and signal processing algorithms and models, perform RCS prediction and RF static range measurements, develop DSP solutions, and implement analysis tools using MATLAB/Python/C. Work with RF/optical prototyping and collaborate on ML/AI-accelerated weapon system engineering. Must hold active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; position located in Huntsville, AL.
