Lead and deliver creative design across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns. Develop concepts, conduct research and moodboards, present and communicate design decisions, manage files and timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor or supervise staff, and maintain design standards. Portfolio required; active TS/SCI with CI Poly mandatory.

Lead corporate communications and marketing strategy, produce and edit multimedia content, advise leadership and clients on messaging, manage client relationships, mentor staff, oversee budgets/schedules, and ensure on-brand, high-quality deliverables for government and public-sector clients.
