Manage and mentor a small Paid Social team within the Global Operations Centre, enforce paid social best practices, ensure consistent high-quality campaign delivery across regions, act as escalation point, and build relationships with regional counterparts.

Manage and optimize biddable social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LINE, X and LinkedIn: setup, monitor, report, analyze performance, advise clients, implement best practices, stay current with platform changes and certifications.

Lead commerce strategy, retail media and DTC solutions across client accounts. Drive marketplace partnerships, campaign management, measurement frameworks, and operational tools. Create training, playbooks and commercial forecasting to meet client and group growth targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns: planning, setup, optimisation, QA, performance reporting and client presentations. Build partner relationships, lead testing agendas, line-manage junior staff, ensure operational and finance processes, and support strategic account vision.
