Act as a UK People Partner providing end-to-end HR generalist support across an agency group. Duties include advising managers on employee relations, leading change programs (redundancies, TUPE), line-managing HR administrators, supporting payroll and salary reviews, driving engagement and continuous improvement, and delivering HR metrics and projects while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Lead design and activate end-to-end HubSpot lifecycle automations, manage CRM integrations with Salesforce, define segmentation and lead scoring, build full-funnel reporting from GA4/HubSpot/Salesforce, troubleshoot tracking and front-end issues, run testing/optimization, and support paid media operations and campaign delivery across cross-functional teams.
