Manages Valeo’s OEM customer accounts throughout the business acquisition and commercial lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, setting and negotiating prices, preparing quotations and budgets, coordinating with project teams, managing contracts and nominations, monitoring turnover and order intake, resolving customer claims and quality or logistics crises, and reducing overdue payments. The role also develops productivity plans, maintains pricing updates, and ensures global commercial alignment across regions.
