Own strategy and execution for AI-powered Microsoft 365 administrator experiences that can reason, plan, and act safely. Translate administrator needs into agentic product requirements, define measurable success, coordinate across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and other teams, and partner with engineering, data science, compliance, and responsible AI stakeholders. Drive telemetry, evaluation, adoption, prioritization, and delivery of trustworthy, auditable cloud-scale experiences.

Serves as a customer-facing technical advisor for AI transformation, designing and implementing solutions using Copilot Chat, Agents, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Drives adoption, usage, customer success, ROI, and expansion opportunities while partnering with business, technical, and sales stakeholders. Applies prompt engineering and agent-building expertise, shares customer insights, contributes reusable intellectual property, and supports change management and operational excellence.

Design, implement, and improve Microsoft 365 sovereign cloud services for government customers. Develop and test code to increase availability, reliability, performance, and observability of large-scale distributed systems; build telemetry and automation; troubleshoot production issues; participate in code/design reviews, on-call rotations, and incident response; collaborate with product teams to deploy scalable solutions.

Design, build, and maintain reliable, high-scale multi-tenant services with emphasis on security, resilience, testability, and automation. Collaborate cross-team, participate in on-call rotation, support live services in Azure air-gapped regions, and contribute to new service buildouts and operational reliability.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for mid-market customers by designing secure, scalable Azure cloud and hybrid architectures, driving migrations (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL, Oracle), implementing containerization (AKS) and hybrid networking, resolving technical blockers, and enabling partner-led solutions (NetApp, VMware, RedHat, SAP).

Develop machine learning techniques focused on AI safety, alignment, and trustworthiness. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate responsible AI systems at scale, from experimentation to production for large language models and distributed AI services.

Lead SAP S/4 Finance subject-matter work to translate accounting requirements into scalable system solutions. Support close, consolidation, statutory and management reporting readiness, assess control and audit impacts, and partner with Engineering, Finance Data, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Audit to design and validate SAP S/4 processes, controls, and technical solutions for accurate reporting and sustainment.

Serve as primary post-sales delivery lead for strategic enterprise customers, aligning Microsoft products and partner resources to customer outcomes. Manage customer relationships, drive adoption and consumption, support program planning and reviews, prioritize engagements, and identify retention risks while linking Customer Success Plans to account priorities.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly reliable cloud security services for Microsoft Defender. Investigate pre-production and production issues, implement fixes, improve engineering systems and practices, and participate in secure-facility on-call rotations.

Design, implement, and optimize large-scale distributed training infrastructure and telemetry for GPU clusters. Profile, benchmark, and debug performance across compute, memory, networking, and storage. Improve collective communication libraries and collaborate with ML researchers and hardware teams to scale models, optimize accelerators, and deliver fleet-wide efficiency improvements and automated recommendations.
