Provide executive administrative support to the Vice President, Magna IT and Office of the CDIO: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and international travel, prepare documents and presentations, monitor budgets, organize events, collect team reports, and support internal projects in a global environment.

Lead plant financial operations including costing (indentured BOM, standard costing), planning, budgeting and forecasting. Use advanced Excel, SAP and OneStream to build and enhance integrated models. Provide strong leadership, develop the team and succession plans, and ensure effective financial control within an automotive Tier 1 environment working with UAW.

Lead and coordinate electronic test engineering for automotive ECU and system-level testing: design and validate test apparatus, develop/modify test and AOI software, perform root-cause and failure analysis, support EOL and in-circuit test programs, analyze test data, produce technical reports, and train/coordinate technicians and third-party test development.

Support HR by organizing in-house and external trainings, maintaining the training database, monitoring GDPR compliance, assisting health management and suggestion schemes, and helping with day-to-day HR tasks such as applicant management.

Work with ADAS hardware engineers on ECU development: assist schematic capture and PCB layout, support hardware bring-up and prototype validation, perform electrical characterization and debugging, conduct signal integrity/EMC/thermal evaluations, and help maintain test procedures, BOMs, and documentation to automotive standards.

Lead electrical failure diagnosis and warranty investigations for transmission control systems. Perform teardown/bench testing, signal analysis, and software vs. hardware triage. Drive 8D investigations, present technical findings to OEMs, manage OEM portals, and negotiate liability to protect company warranty costs.

Lead design, development, validation, and release of automotive components/systems. Coordinate CAD/CAE, testing, DFMEA, engineering change management, supplier/division interactions, and cross-functional sign-offs through product lifecycle.

Lead commercial and business development activities for Karmax/Cosma: pursue RFQs, develop timely costed quotes, manage commercial team and cross-functional teams, liaise with purchasing/finance/engineering, resolve customer issues, drive margin growth, support business planning, and ensure adherence to safety, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards.

Design, maintain, and improve assembly robotic and secondary equipment for automotive exteriors. Implement error-proofing, support new program launches, troubleshoot equipment and quality issues, train staff, develop PMs, run CI/LEAN projects, and support offsite assembly with occasional travel.

Support team lead by analyzing business requirements and gaps, designing SAP SD/JIT/JIS solutions, implementing SAP configuration and basic ABAP, providing 1st–3rd level end-user support, testing and monitoring SD and JIT/JIS processes, coordinating roll-outs and enhancements, debugging/supporting ABAP developments, and maintaining documentation and process mappings.
