The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer analyzes tools, assembly processes, and product designs to optimize production, ensure quality, and implement automation and joining technologies. Duties include PFMEA, root-cause troubleshooting, fixture and welding process design, project coordination, data-driven process improvements, and customer-facing support. Travel up to 25% required.

Perform hardware bring-up and system debugging with JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes. Collaborate with algorithm, hardware, and validation teams and ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and Agile processes using Git, JIRA, and CodeBeamer.

Design, develop, configure and deploy SAP BW on HANA reporting solutions, build queries and data models, optimize ETL and reporting performance, create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/BOBJ, support and mentor analysts, and manage production changes.

Support and maintain Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 services; manage UEM/MDM policies and device compliance; provide 2nd/3rd level support, create configuration profiles/GPOs, collaborate with IT teams, participate in on-call rotation, and assist projects and local IT to meet global compliance goals.

Provide welding engineering expertise for automotive weld labs and production: develop weld procedures, training, robot setup/programming, validations, work instructions, APQP participation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support to meet quality and customer requirements.
