Support and execute data migration and PLM implementation activities for 3DEXPERIENCE, working with IT, Engineering, Document Control, and Dassault across mock migrations, cutover, validation, environment readiness, integrations, and post-load verification.

Lead independent software functional-safety architecture for ASIL D SoC/MCU systems. Interpret safety manuals, define HW-SW interfaces, fault propagation and safe-state strategies, produce Software FMEA/FTA and Software Safety Requirements, defend architectures during audits, mentor engineers on ASIL-compliant coding, and align diagnostics with system engineering to achieve certification.

Lead APQP and manage engineering changes for automotive production programs through Start of Production. Conduct feasibility studies, maintain APQP/PPAP/FMEA/control documentation, drive quality compliance, support audits and root-cause analysis, collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Manage end-to-end white- and blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and talent management. Ensure labor law and IATF 16949 compliance, analyze HR metrics, run engagement initiatives, and maintain HRIS data and digital HR processes.

Coordinate material supply using MRP/ERP to meet production schedules. Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, transportation/customs, and warehouse flow. Analyze usage and lead times, optimize costs, support launches and engineering changes, and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain in-circuit and flying-probe test programs, support board/device programmers, troubleshoot test equipment, perform failure analysis, review PCB testability, generate test reports, and support manufacturing with testing strategies and training.

Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale AI/ML platform components and MLOps pipelines. Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and integration with data systems. Collaborate with architects, data scientists, DevOps, and security to ensure reliable, secure, production-grade AI services and maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.

Plan and schedule steel material supply to meet production needs using SAP and PFEP. Manage inventory levels, issue supplier releases (EDI 862/830), track in-transit materials, coordinate logistics and suppliers, ensure inventory accuracy, and participate in continuous improvement, quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Provide SAP FICO functional analysis, configuration, implementation and 24x7 support for global divisions. Lead requirements workshops, design solutions, manage FICO improvement projects, support month-end closing, assist e-invoicing rollout, coordinate consultants, train users, document processes, and ensure SLA/project delivery.
