Process Engineer for automotive exteriors integration: program and commission FANUC paint robots (offline and paint systems), operate GUIs, use PaintPro/Paintool/Paintworks, work with P200–P250 robots and RJ2/RJ3i controllers, and use SAP. Prepare financial plans, reports and internal KPIs; support monthly and quarterly closes and internal/external audits (including SOX); manage finance operations; prepare business plans, quarterly budgets and monthly forecasts; perform production costing and valuation.

Designs, programs, installs, maintains and improves machine controls for seating manufacturing (PLCs, robots, HMIs, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems). Provides technical support to production and maintenance, documents control schematics and programs, leads cross-functional projects, trains maintenance staff, and ensures code and safety compliance.

Lead end-to-end IT projects and programs for complete vehicle manufacturing: manage schedule, budget, scope, governance, stakeholders, and handover. Drive PMO standardization, process improvements, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security requirements.

Lead global program management for mechatronics, mirrors and lighting programs. Ensure on-time, on-budget launches, manage budgets, risks, metrics, change processes, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications across regions.

Create and maintain production master schedules using ERP to meet shipping dates, monitor production status, prioritize operations, prepare production reports, communicate bottlenecks, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
