Coordinate customer releases and master scheduling, run MRP, release orders to suppliers, manage delivery and warehousing of components and raw materials, maintain computerized inventory records, and make decisions on PDP and APQP issues.

Field-based role with significant travel.

Manage sourcing and procurement of indirect goods (raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies). Develop and qualify suppliers, conduct vendor visits, negotiate pricing, and maintain inventory levels to support production schedules. Act as strategic liaison with suppliers to ensure raw material requirements are met.

Provide onsite CAD/FEA and formability support for stamping and die processes. Maintain CAD data, run AutoForm simulations, apply springback compensation, ensure compliance with Cosma/Customer standards, resolve customer issues, and support project delivery and continuous improvement.

Provide manufacturing engineering support to optimize processes, resolve production issues, lead process design and new product launches, perform root-cause analysis, create work instructions, and manage project scope, budgets, and timelines while ensuring safety and compliance.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director of Engineering North America and the NA Engineering department: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel and expenses, organize meetings and events, prepare reports and presentations, maintain departmental systems and documents (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP easyDocs), drive process improvements and AI tool adoption, and support cross-departmental administrative needs.

Lead die process and development projects for automotive stamping: ensure on-time delivery and quality, run formability and spring-back analyses, perform FEA correlation, conduct tooling and soft-tool reviews, support try-outs (T1/FPG), coordinate vendors/customers, train teams, audit KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and root-cause actions.
