Design engineer role focused on sheet-metal (steel and aluminum) components. Requires hands-on CAD experience (CATIA V5, NX/UG) and Teamcenter, proficiency with MS Office, and performing 2D drawing checks and quality control for parts and assemblies.

Lead product development for sheet-metal automotive components using PLM, GD&T, VA/VE and FMEA. Apply lab mechanical testing methods and ensure compliance with automotive quality (PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC). Support forming, assembly, joining and manufacturing process improvements.

Support document and records management: classify, archive, register and maintain technical and personnel files. Handle borrow/return tracking, archive room upkeep, shared-drive permissions, factory administrative tasks (welfare distribution, meal recharge, employee exam coordination, water and overtime vehicle statistics), manage company seals, ensure archive storage protection, and follow safety, environmental and quality management requirements. Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

Support North American trade compliance by managing customs brokerage processes, HTS classification, duty optimization (FTAs), broker audits, post-entry corrections, CTPAT support, trade compliance metrics, and deployment of AI/automation to improve import/export regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Prepare, verify, and process inbound/outbound shipments, perform inspections, manage dock and yard activities, maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO), use ERP and barcode systems, report non-conformances, and support delivery and labeling issues.

Lead product development for automotive body and chassis components using PLM, GD&T, VA/VE and FMEA. Apply sheet-metal expertise (steel/aluminum), perform laboratory mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, metallurgy), and ensure automotive quality compliance (PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC). Provide process and manufacturing knowledge across forming, assembly, joining, and quality assurance.

Lead IT and OT strategy for the Group, align global technology roadmap with business priorities, govern portfolio and major initiatives (ERP, MES, Industry 4.0), oversee infrastructure, security, and service delivery, manage regional business relationship managers, and ensure measurable business value from technology investments.

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control and cycle counts. Use SAP and Excel to track materials, process invoices/remissions, dispatch MRO items at the counter, operate forklifts, and support cost-control initiatives to ensure timely material availability for production.

Develop complex automotive components and assemblies from concept to production. Manage APQP deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, work with customers and suppliers, perform CAE and tolerance analysis, create test plans, investigate failures using 8D/TIR, and mentor other engineers while supporting launch and continuous improvement.

Design components and assemblies for automotive mechatronics, mirrors, and lighting. Create 3D/2D CAD models, perform simple kinematic studies and tolerance analysis, support CAE and testing, manage CAD change processes, liaise with customers and suppliers, investigate failures, and contribute to product development and cost-saving innovations.
