Supports materials planning and logistics through material-flow mapping, inventory and WIP analysis, replenishment planning, KPI dashboard creation, and lean continuous-improvement activities. The co-op develops future-state standards, supports 5S and Kaizen events, updates standard work and visual controls, and assesses material-flow impacts of engineering changes. The role combines office work with time on the manufacturing plant floor and may involve occasional customer or supplier travel.

Plan, implement, support, and improve Manufacturing Execution Systems used in production. Analyze workflows, ensure data integrity and quality, document processes, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with IT, production, and logistics teams. Participate in technology and automation projects while monitoring industry trends. The role requires a technical education, German and English communication skills, travel availability, and readiness for on-call duty.

Manages indirect procurement across infrastructure, CAPEX, manufacturing equipment, IT hardware and software, or services. Responsibilities include handling requests and bids, negotiating with suppliers, issuing orders and contracts, conducting tenders and market analyses, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining supplier portfolios, tracking costs and KPIs, identifying savings, optimizing processes, and representing procurement in cross-functional teams.
