Lead mechanical design for analyzer and dosing systems from requirements through release. Develop and review 3D CAD models and assemblies, design fluid-handling and opto-mechanical integrations, manage BOMs, produce release documentation, drive design reviews and DFMEA, coordinate cross-functionally, support verification/qualification, and manage engineering change control and post-release support.

Perform process demonstrations and development for SPTS products: run and optimize processes, assess results with analytical equipment/software, run long tests, troubleshoot equipment, support customers onsite, build customer relationships, and produce technical reports, patent filings, and conference papers.

The Sr. FPGA Engineer designs and implements FPGA and firmware for E-beam inspection systems, collaborates with teams on performance specifications, and maintains technical documentation.

Support and lead customer-facing development projects for EBeam metrology systems: set up and optimize process recipes, troubleshoot production issues, run DOE experiments and data analysis, manage escalations, train and onboard engineers, provide pre/post-sales technical support, and document application notes and best-known methods.

Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based C++ software for semiconductor/EDA systems. Apply OOP/OOD, multithreading, network programming, debugging, and production SDLC practices. Integrate databases, GUIs, and modern model-serving/AI/LLM components; work with distributed/HPC architectures and factory automation standards.

The role involves technical support, project management, communication with customers, and pre-sale support, focusing on semiconductor manufacturing processes.
