Troubleshoot and support electrical and systems challenges in production, perform failure analysis, resolve supplier and assembly issues, and improve supplier quality. Design cables, harnesses, fixtures, electrical enclosures, and PCB testing solutions. Manage multidisciplinary bills of materials and engineering change orders, write production procedures, and coordinate multiple projects. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and purchasing teams, knowledge of manufacturing and testing tools, and up to 10% worldwide customer travel.
