Support customer demonstrations and tool qualification, design experiments to characterize tool and subcomponent performance, collaborate with systems and software/algo teams to develop data analysis methods, and support new feature tests and wafer demos to enable product adoption in customer fabs.

Manage customer satisfaction and account relationships for semiconductor customers (Samsung BU ECI). Develop sales strategies, execute sales, resolve customer problems, handle administrative tasks, and prepare business proposals. Act as liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

Travel ~15-20%.

Lead systems engineering for next-generation DUV laser development: define requirements, allocate budgets, prototype and validate designs, perform integration and testing, build and align lasers and test benches, analyze results and produce reports, support product introduction including training and procedures.
