Manage customer satisfaction and account relationships for semiconductor customers (Samsung BU ECI). Develop sales strategies, execute sales, resolve customer problems, handle administrative tasks, and prepare business proposals. Act as liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

Provide technical applications support for CI final QC-out inspection tools for IC packages. Lead customer demonstrations, recipe development, H2H evaluations, root-cause yield investigations, training, and share best practices with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption.

Provide field service for semiconductor capital equipment including repair, preventive maintenance, installation, relocation, diagnostics, customer training, and technical reporting to minimize downtime and support customers.

Support Customer Spare and Part Escalation operations by analyzing demand trends, KPIs, and performance metrics; identify process gaps and root causes; lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives; partner cross-functionally to resolve supply chain issues; ensure data integrity across BI platforms; document SAP S/4HANA requirements and reporting needs.

The Sr. Identity Architect will manage enterprise identity security, design identity architecture, and implement identity solutions across cloud environments, leading Zero Trust initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.
