Implement and debug multithreaded C++ applications, collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, algorithm, and software teams, and diagnose system-level issues. Contribute to design, interface definitions, and ensure reliable production-ready software.

Lead and grow a software engineering team to design, architect, and deliver scalable, real-time wafer inspection software. Drive next-generation SW architecture adoption, support legacy systems, ensure robust designs and tests, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply HPC and ML techniques to improve product performance and delivery.

Drive and coordinate master scheduling and demand-versus-supply planning (8-12 quarters), present plans at MS meetings, analyze forecast impacts on orders and materials, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics to optimize build plans, maintain MRP loading accuracy with config analysts, and develop key performance metrics.
