Develop high-performance software for wafer inspection and review products. Analyze and optimize system performance, build prototypes, implement OOP solutions in C#/C++ with close hardware interaction, incorporate resource-intensive algorithms, produce documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Drive end-to-end visibility and execution across critical suppliers and sub-tier ecosystems. Identify and resolve supply bottlenecks, own escalations, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, support ramp readiness, develop dashboards and metrics, and build longer-term multi-tier visibility and resilience through process improvements and supplier engagement.

Drive multi-tier supply chain visibility and resolution for critical sub-tier suppliers. Track demand vs. supply, lead debottlenecking and escalation, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, support ramp readiness, and build dashboards and playbooks to improve supplier resilience and response times.

Provide on-site customer service for complex semiconductor capital equipment: troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and update software, electronics, optics and mechanical systems; coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and support installations and field engineers.

Provide engineering-level technical support for complex semiconductor equipment by diagnosing system issues across optics, electronics, mechanical and pneumatic subsystems. Lead service calls, analyze logs and data, develop action plans, standardize best-known-methods, write technical reports, and support field teams including international customer site visits.

Provide advanced technical support for KLA semiconductor equipment: diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues, assist field engineers, collaborate with specialists, document findings, produce service reports and training, support installations/upgrades, and travel worldwide for on-site escalations.

Manage multi-tier/sub-tier supplier visibility and capacity, identify and resolve supply bottlenecks, own supplier escalations, coordinate cross-functional supply strategy, support ramp and demand surges, and produce dashboards and reports to improve supply assurance and resilience.
