Support methodology and product development for transition risk analytics; manage client data deliveries and bespoke projects; perform quantitative and qualitative climate impact analysis across asset classes; support sales, advisory, report writing, and operations; collaborate globally within the Climate & Nature unit to develop transition-related products.

Manage day-to-day data operations: assess and analyze client data using SQL and Excel, create and maintain QA checks for incoming files and client feeds, support client communication, partner with Implementation and Development via JIRA, produce sales reporting, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.

Provide legal support to global sales and corporate teams by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial, services, and licensing agreements; support regulatory compliance (corporate, securities, data privacy); assist with procurement, subsidiary governance, and updates to template agreements; advise internal stakeholders and lead contract negotiations for multinational business operations.

Analyze proxy statements and corporate governance matters to produce research reports and proxy vote recommendations per ISS policy. Maintain knowledge of compensation, board, and shareholder rights issues, respond to issuer queries, support committees and special projects, and collaborate within the research team. Available for extended hours during proxy season.

Lead the Sales Commission Team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of commission calculations, managing data, and mentoring junior team members.
