Designs and prepares tender engineering documents and drawings for high-voltage gas-insulated switchgear and GIS substations above 66kV. Coordinates with sales, engineering, project management, and production teams; prepares layouts, schematics, earthing and cabling documentation; reviews deliverables; optimizes solutions; and ensures compliance with applicable standards and quality procedures.

Leads the enterprise-wide test automation capability by defining technology strategy, evaluating and selecting tools, establishing reusable frameworks and standards, and driving adoption across delivery units and vendors. Provides technical leadership, coordinates with QA, architecture, delivery teams, and service providers, supports onboarding, challenges fragmented tooling, and tracks automation coverage and effectiveness.

Designs and delivers telecommunications systems for rail and critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include IP network design, configuration development, integration planning, design documentation, implementation and test planning, systems integration, and site testing. The role supports backbone networks, IP/MPLS infrastructure, voice and data systems, and related communications infrastructure.
