Lead design and delivery of low-level, high-performance C++ platform infrastructure for automotive AR HUDs. Work spans vehicle data ingestion (CAN/Ethernet/LiDAR), sensor and camera integration, real-time rendering pipelines (Qt/OpenGL/Vulkan), system validation, prototype stabilization, and cross-disciplinary hardware/software ownership to transition prototypes toward production systems.

Design and release brake control hardware (ABS, ESC, electronic brake boosters) including CAD/BOM management, supplier integration, FMVSS compliance, feasibility and manufacturability analyses, FMEA/functional safety, cross-functional vehicle interface coordination, and support for vehicle, rig, and HIL testing to deliver cost‑effective, production-ready systems.

Provide technical leadership across perception, mapping, fleet algorithms, embedded controls, simulation/digital twin validation, SOW development, vendor management, and launch readiness, ensuring safety, cybersecurity, and plant alignment for global deployments.

Manage UK corporation tax compliance and technical advisory, including tax computations, returns, tax accounting (US GAAP/UK), R&D claims, transfer pricing support, HMRC liaison, stakeholder collaboration, and tax function digital transformation and process improvements.

Design and develop vehicle-level features from concept to production: systems architecture, wiring/power topologies, schematics, and allocations. Create specifications, DFMEA/failure-avoidance, verification plans, functional safety and cybersecurity assessments. Use MBSE and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, Python/C++) and SiL testing. Build BDD test automation (Gherkin/Behave), ensure requirement-to-test traceability, analyze quality/warranty data, and lead cross-functional trade-offs with suppliers and product teams.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual SIL/HIL/vehicle tests for automotive software. Create maintainable test code, analyze failures, report defects, validate fixes, and collaborate with developers and feature teams. Maintain automation libraries, integrate external frameworks, troubleshoot environments, and participate in agile ceremonies to improve test processes and coverage.

Support manufacturing dimensional control by applying GD&T, inspecting components with CMM/3D scanning/laser gauges, developing control plans, leading variability reduction and corrective actions, supervising dimensional control and repair teams, and driving process capability and lean initiatives to ensure production quality and compliance.

Lead Product Operations across Europe by building tooling, automation, and operating models. Drive standardisation, AI-enabled workflows, governance, and cross-regional alignment to enable scalable product delivery.
