Provides on-site technical support for automotive paint quality, durability, process stability, defect elimination, and quality-system compliance. Analyzes warranty and quality data, supports ISO audits, leads variation-reduction and root-cause activities, governs paint-process standards, maintains process control plans, and drives corrective actions.
