Leads the reliability, security, resilience, and cost efficiency of Ford Credit’s hybrid cloud, container, and AI infrastructure. Oversees GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, hybrid HA/DR, secure AI enablement, security scanning, compliance, FinOps, and AI-driven automation. Supports EV and vehicle program launches in Body Shop manufacturing by confirming tooling, facility, and metrology readiness; implementing quality improvements; leading variability reduction and corrective actions; managing minor programs, running changes, and capacity changes; supporting trials and prove-outs; analyzing warranty and build data; and updating production processes and documentation.

Installs, integrates, tests, validates, troubleshoots, and repairs complex electronic systems in prototype and production-intent vehicles, HIL systems, and laboratory test racks. The role fabricates wiring harnesses, diagnoses electrical and communication faults, documents test results, supports engineering teams, and mentors less-experienced technicians while working safely with high-voltage and prototype systems.

Leads the global technical direction for AI-assisted and AI-led verification and validation test architecture. Designs scalable automation frameworks, intelligent regression strategies, closed-loop analytics, governance standards, and reusable testing assets. Establishes multi-year modernization roadmaps, drives cross-functional adoption through influence, and translates AI/ML capabilities into improved coverage, traceability, defect detection, release confidence, and engineering efficiency across vehicle software products.

Develop and integrate vehicle design concepts, A-surface inputs, studio property setups, feasibility studies, hardpoints, and surface scaffold files. Reconcile thematic intent with functional, manufacturing, supplier, and attribute requirements while maintaining design character. Manage studio data and support physical and digital model development. The role also presents feasibility work to decision-making forums and requires knowledge of vehicle packaging, body and trim, production processes, and legislative requirements.

Leads quality improvement for vehicle software and electrical systems, focusing on 12V batteries, starters, and alternators. Owns quality metrics, consolidates customer and vehicle data, performs root-cause and Pareto analyses, investigates issues using coding and connected vehicle data, presents findings, and coordinates cross-functional resolution of customer-impacting problems.

Oversee daily operations at a parts distribution center, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, claims, maintenance, transportation, budgets, safety, quality, and performance metrics. Supervise material control supervisors, lead continuous improvement, manage external partners, and maintain positive labor relations with UAW employees while ensuring compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
