Manage teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee engineering documents, FAT/SAT, and quality/safety compliance. Drive project financials, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and capability development.

Process and reconcile general ledger transactions, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, manage fixed assets accounting, support audits, generate financial reports, and improve processes while ensuring GAAP and internal control compliance.

Design, implement and commission power plant control and protection systems. Perform site walk‑downs, I/O database work, process simulation/testing, FAT/Pre‑FAT activities, interface verification, and supervise installation, commissioning and start‑up while ensuring safety and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Lead and execute a global International Trade Compliance program for Fluid and Motion Control (FLMC). Manage and develop a global compliance team, oversee export/import and supply chain security (classification, valuation, origin, FTAs, CTPAT/AEO), direct site compliance activities, handle investigations and disclosures, liaise with government authorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and support regulatory compliance strategy and projects to mitigate risk and enable efficient global operations.
