Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through their full lifecycle for the Penang R&D Sustaining Group. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, escalations, communications, and stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Services. Drive lifecycle management, continuous improvement, governance compliance, and recommendations balancing cost, quality, schedule, and business objectives.

Assesses customer creditworthiness, reviews financial statements and credit histories, approves orders on credit hold, manages credit risk, investigates high-risk customers, reconciles accounts receivable with the general ledger, supports collections, completes credit references, and monitors economic and industry trends.

Validate incoming commercial and technical orders against specifications and internal data, ensure option compatibility, create/update product structures and request part setups. Raise internal requisitions, respond to factory queries, coordinate large project orders, act as checker before release, mentor staff, implement process improvements, and assume manager duties when absent.

Validate and configure customer orders for accuracy and compliance, verify product selections and specifications, resolve technical and commercial issues with sales and manufacturing, maintain product structures, manage backlog and pricing for custom solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on-time customer commitments.

The role drives investment direction decisions for RF products in the aerospace and defense sector, focusing on market opportunities and leading cross-functional efforts to meet business targets.

Perform general ledger accounting including manual journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations; resolve open accounting items; support audits and month-end financial reporting; drive process improvements and knowledge transfer within Shared Services; provide analysis to business units.

Analyze and resolve engineering issues related to control systems, assist in installations, maintain customer relations, and adapt to travel needs.

Validate, deploy, and own automated HW/SW test solutions for electronic test & measurement products. Perform unit, integration and system verification; manage technology transfer between R&D and manufacturing; liaise with operations to provide corrective actions and ensure test readiness.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in technology and engineering. Lead workforce planning, succession, talent development, org design, change management, and culture initiatives. Coach leaders, influence stakeholders, and provide guidance on compensation, performance, employee relations, and compliance to align people strategies with business goals.

Lead design and validation of high-frequency analog and mixed-signal hardware for test and measurement products. Define architectures, design and simulate circuits, guide PCB layout, develop validation strategies, own designs through production, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and support supplier and factory activities.
