Lead the identification, development, and conversion of engineered solutions opportunities across Europe. Build relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and decision-makers; shape project requirements; coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams; develop commercial strategies; negotiate contracts; manage forecasts and pipelines; and secure project awards. Develops sales strategy and market intelligence for Emerson professional tools across the electrical industry. Manages key accounts, identifies contractors, wholesalers, and project developers, and establishes electrical wholesale channels. Focuses on solar and energy, electricity transmission, and data center applications while identifying customer needs and growth opportunities. Promotes new products, monitors competitors, builds industry relationships, and drives partnerships and revenue growth. The role requires cross-functional communication, independent execution, business acumen, and travel as needed.

Owns the lifecycle of post-sales service offerings, from market research and customer-needs analysis through design, validation, deployment, continuous improvement, and retirement. The role maintains the services roadmap, develops saleable features, supports pricing and sales enablement, ensures service readiness, and drives cross-functional alignment with business, engineering, services, and executive stakeholders. Travel to global services sites and customer locations is required up to 20% of the time.

Manage and grow national retail and wholesale accounts for Emerson’s EasyHeat product line. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, negotiating with corporate buyers, coordinating merchandising and sales execution, managing independent sales representatives, optimizing seasonal promotions and shelf placement, analyzing POS and inventory data, improving forecasting and replenishment, and representing the brand in retailer meetings and trade events. The role requires extensive travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
