Develop and maintain manufacturing process specifications for cold preparation in tire production. Manage recipe insertion/optimization, create process documentation and SOPs, lead problem solving and corrective actions to reduce scrap, support product industrialization and audits, train staff, and ensure process stability, efficiency, safety, and quality.
