Job DescriptionSupports the development, automation, and operation of DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and software development tooling for Web, Mobile, Data Analytics, and Digital Platforms.
Works closely with development teams, architects, security teams, and platform owners to improve software delivery, operational stability, deployment automation, and developer productivity across global solutions.
Contributes to the adoption of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
Principal Accountabilities
CI/CD & Development Tooling
- Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
- Support software build, test, and deployment automation across multiple applications and environments.
- Assist development teams in implementing deployment automation and release best practices.
- Maintain software repositories, branching strategies, and development workflows within GitHub Enterprise.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Support cloud infrastructure running on Microsoft Azure and related platform services.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Assist in provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing cloud resources and application environments.
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support application deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management using Helm.
Platform Operations
- Support operational stability of DevOps platforms and development tools.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and usage metrics.
- Assist with troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, and application issues.
- Support incident resolution and continuous service improvement activities.
- Assist with troubleshooting networking, proxy, connectivity, and certificate-related issues impacting applications and infrastructure.
- Support Jenkins platform administration activities, including agents, plugins, credentials, shared libraries, GitHub integrations, and pipeline troubleshooting.
Developer Enablement
- Support GitHub Enterprise and Atlassian platform administration activities.
- Assist teams with onboarding, configuration, permissions, and best practices.
- Develop automation scripts and utilities to improve developer productivity.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and training materials.
Quality & Security
- Support implementation of DevSecOps practices within development pipelines.
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, and automated testing tools into CI/CD processes.
- Assist with compliance, audit, and security requirements for development platforms.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
OR
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related IT roles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with source control systems and Git-based development workflows.
- Experience supporting software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting Kubernetes-based application environments.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications using Helm.
Preferred
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with GitOps deployment models and ArgoCD.
