Design, develop, and operate stateful AWS applications and microservices. Validate releases for large multi-locale IVR systems, modify configurations via SQL, pre-stage deployments with Jenkins and git, and troubleshoot system/network issues using Unix commands. Work independently and engage with clients.

Validate and deploy multi-locale releases, run SQL configuration changes, use Jenkins/Groovy for release staging, troubleshoot Unix/Linux systems and network issues, and interact with clients regarding deployments and operations.

Design, implement, and transition Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. Build call flows/IVR in Genesys Architect, develop integrations using APIs/JSON/JavaScript, execute test plans, and follow change control processes while ensuring clear communication and ownership.

Migrate and operate customer experience applications on Google Cloud. Perform lift-and-shift to GCP, deploy and validate releases, manage containerized microservices (GKE/Docker/Terraform), query and configure apps, use Jenkins/git for pre-staging, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix systems with scripting.

Design, plan, and execute testing for large-scale IVR applications. Create test plans and cases, perform voice and automated testing, write automation scripts, operate IVR environments, mentor QA team members, and improve test documentation and auditing.
