Design and develop IVR and CX applications by collaborating with stakeholders, implementing business and technical requirements, performing hands-on development, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Design, install, configure, test, and support Genesys contact-center solutions. Support large Genesys implementations and integrations (T-Server, I-Server, SIP, GVP), maintain daily operations, and deliver reporting and CX outcomes for clients.

Manage operations of a global IVR system and deploy applications to AWS and on-prem environments. Monitor performance and stability across regions, respond to incidents, assist with deployments, and collaborate with team members and partners. May require evening and weekend work.

Lead client relationships and delivery of customer experience (CX) solutions. Drive sales, scope and size CX projects, design solution architectures, manage delivery teams, run requirements sessions, optimize delivery processes, and provide CX thought leadership. Willingness to travel within the US.

Design and deliver IVR and CX solutions: gather requirements, architect systems, lead a small development team (2–5), perform hands-on development, and coordinate with project management for timely, high-quality delivery.

Design, test, and deliver customer experience solutions: produce page/form/service designs and mockups, run JAD sessions, map requirements, write and execute test cases, manage client expectations, and drive project deliverables to completion.
