Lead and supervise Accounting and Finance Consulting engagements providing technical accounting, audit-readiness, and SEC/financial reporting support. Advise on business combinations, new standard implementations, IPO readiness, disclosures, and draft SEC filing sections while managing client relationships and developing offshore delivery teams.

Leads end-to-end ServiceNow consulting engagements, including discovery, solution planning, implementation, delivery, client relationship management, team leadership, roadmap development, and business development. Advises senior stakeholders, manages scope, resources, timelines, risks, and outcomes, mentors distributed teams, and identifies opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the ServiceNow practice. The role also contributes to proposals, statements of work, solution development, and practice capability development.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including calendar and schedule management, travel and expense coordination, meeting logistics and minute-taking, proofreading and preparing presentations and reports, reconciling expenses, acting as liaison across departments, managing special projects, maintaining confidentiality, and training/collaborating with other executive assistants.
